Cviček PTP is special among wines, as it is one of the few wines that consists of white and red varieties. Cviček is a dry reddish wine with a low alcohol level (8.5-10% vol.) and that is why it is extremely drinkable. It consists of Franconian Blue, Royal, Lak Riesling and Velvet Black. After manual harvesting in September and October, the grapes are processed according to white wine technology. This is followed by fermentation in stainless tanks. When the fermentation of white and red wines is completed, typification follows in the appropriate ratio to obtain a harmonious and drinkable wine.
It is a still wine of light red color. A fruity aroma of small berries dominates. It is harmonious and smooth, and the smooth acidity and low alcohol level give it freshness and drinkability.
