Where there is good brandy, good fruit, curiosity and willpower, where there are good recipes. Where there are friends, there is a liqueur.

They are liqueurs refined spirits, depending on the alcohol content, they are also called herbal drinks, also herbal wines, or simply liqueurs.

Liqueurs are not about strength, but about a pleasant harmony of tastes, so a lower alcohol content is enough. Refined spirits can be made from all sorts of fruits and berries of all kinds so that they are just sweet enough and at the same time contain a sufficient amount of acids. Let us list the most traditional: forest blueberries, cherries, wild cherries, walnuts, selected medicinal herbs, plums, cherries. And of course from local indigenous wines: Teran, Refoška, Malvasia…
