Creamy honey with cinnamon is very aromatic and sweet, as freshly ground cinnamon crusts have been added to it. The honey is not heated, so it retains all its natural and healthy components. The creaminess of the honey is achieved by a special processing method, which triggers the sugar crystals to rub against each other and thus lighten and thicken. Such honey has a gentle creamy structure and is also more spreadable.
Due to its creamy and dense structure, it is particularly suitable as a healthy spread on bread, and is also loved by children for a sweet start to the day. You can use it as a sweetener for tea or a rich addition to various pastries, biscuits, strudel or mulled wine.
