Jam is a jam made in a special way. The sugar is first dissolved in the fruit juice and then briefly boiled with pieces of the highest quality fruit. This way the fruit retains more flavor and vitamins, it is also very nice to the eye. A pinch of white pepper is added to the strawberry pieces… an unforgettable good combination. "Puhna kikrca" in Brda means a full cup.
