
Dry white wine of the autochthonous variety klarnica from Vipava
valleys. Grapes harvested late, mid-October 2017. One month open
maceration, then eight months in a sealed container. Aged for 30 months on
fine yeast in acacia barrels; unfiltered and bottled in December
2020.
