Traditionally, tea is drunk for women's problems, which appear as early as the teenage years and up to problems before and inside me. Drink one cup 2-3 times a day.
Ingridients:
Plantain, yarrow, calendula, raspberry leaves, nettle, lemon balm, rose hip, horsetail and thyme.
Usage:
Steam a pinch with 2.5 dl of water and let it stand for 10 minutes.
