SUPERB non-smoked dry salami from the Cigoj farm, made from 85% pork shoulder and 15% hard, sliced back bacon. Seasoned with salt from the Sečovel salt pans, pepper and wine in which garlic was soaked. Dried for 2 to 3 months in conditions that allow the fermentation of the meat and the development of noble white mold.
Retail price with 9.5% VAT for a kg of salami: €33.11. The salami halves are vacuum packed, weighing from 170 g to 400 g.
