Garlic grown and produced in Slovenia, subjected to a natural aging process that lasts 90 days, in this process, its irritants on the mucous membrane and the characteristic sharp taste of garlic are removed from the garlic. Such a fermentation process doubles its beneficial effects, while at the same time completely softening the typical garlic smell. The taste is sweet and pleasant. Black garlic is a sought-after ingredient that is used in both domestic and high-end cuisine.
