
The varietal olive oil of Istrska belica is strong, it is distinguished by fresh aromas of fruitiness and a more pronounced bitter and spicy taste. The aroma of Istrian white, the most indigenous and most oily Istrian olive variety, is reminiscent of freshly mowed grass and vegetables and olive leaves. Olive oil from Istrska belica has a higher content of beneficial polyphenols.
We recommend it with pasta, rice, poultry, grilled red meat, beef carpaccio, minestrone, vegetable soups and salads.
